History
2015 Representative employee; Rie KURANAKA opened “Tea Ceremony KOTO” near Golden pavillion in KYOTO. (LLC. Sadoutaikenkoto)
2018 Established Group Home KOTO in Uji KYOTO
2019 Welcomed foreign guests from over 50 countries in Japanese tea ceremony house.
2020~ COVID19 No tourists can visit KYOTO.
2021.4 Start pesticide-free Ginger farm in Fukuchiyma-shi Kyoto Japan.
Why Ginger in Kyoto?
Our farm is located on the mountain in Fukuchiyama Kyoto, where is surrounded by Japanese boars and deer. One reason we chose ginger to cultivate is it’s strong enough not to be damaged by animals.
In addition, ginger has many health benefits such as Nausea relief for pregnancy or Chemotherapy, cutting down on fermentation and constipation, anti- inflammatory, shogaol making our body warmer etc.
As a proof, it has been used in 70-80% of herbal medicine from long time ago.
