1, 30~40 fermented Plant-based fertilizer

We cultivate ginger and vegetables without using pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers and animal droppings. Our fertilizer is made from only vegetable such as rice bran & husk, which are fermented for 30-40 days by the liquid with organic certification.

2, Bring Oxygen into the field

Mulch is not used to bring oxygen into the field, then activates the function of microorganisms.
So we have to pull weeds by hand during the hottest summer from June-September.

3, The soil created by Microorganism

No pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used.
No soil disinfection. The soil is created by microorganisms.


☆This organic process is rare to find in Japan.
